I’ve been waking up groggy for months, but these little patches stick on cleanly and actually keep me asleep through the night—no weird smell or sticky residue when I peel them off in the morning. Even on my worst hot-flash nights, I’m out within twenty minutes.
The first night I wore one, I actually slept through till my alarm—no 3 a.m. staring at the ceiling. The patch stuck on cleanly and didn't irritate my skin, which is more than I can say for other sleep aids I've tried.
I’ve tried everything for the 3 a.m. wake-ups, and these patches finally keep me down until my alarm—the adhesive even survives my restless tossing. I just stick one on my shoulder before bed and I’m out within twenty minutes, no groggy feeling in the morning like I got with pills.
